Paul Beard

Paul is a fully qualified Financial Advisor, holding both the Financial Planning Certificate (FPC) and Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ). Paul bought his first property at the age of 18 in Huddersfield, selling it two years later for a 100% profit and having had the mortgage paid by fellow students lodging with him!

His first job was in Estate Agency in 1990 later Paul joined the Financial Services Market in 1996 and advised on his first buy to let mortgage  the following year. Paul is Managing Director of the Only Business Group, who encompass mortgage, financial and property advice and who also own a mortgage packaging company.

The experience gained from advising on property purchases and sales totalling well in excess of £100million has led to the development of contacts, also highly experienced, in the property investment market, ensuring a properly planned property portfolio from the outset.

Paul's general experience across all these fields allows him to retain an objective perspective on property portfolio building, understanding the importance of mitigating risk and tax issues and maximising a profitable and balanced portfolio.

Claudia has been working in estate agency since 1997 and we are proud to say that we have managed to steal her experience for your benefit!
